We create the new image and we use filter Filter/Noise/Add Noise with parameters: amount = 400; gaussian; monochromatic. |

Now apply filter Filter/Blur/Motion Blur with parameters: angle = 90, distance = 999 pixels. |

Now on figure we establish contrast and clearness of lines CTRL+M (I advise to experiment). |

step 4
Well now cuting out also we add some numbers, and our bar code is ready. |
